Pollux Meisterstadt is a large-scale integrated mega-superblock in Batam Center. This project was developed in partnership with the Habibie family, integrating a vision of high-quality, sustainable urban living spanning approximately 9 hectares, the development blends residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and retail elements into a “vertical city” concept.
Meisterstadt is built on the idea of combining three core elements: people, infrastructure, and ecology. The design emphasizes human-environment interaction. The development is to be densely integrated but also ecological — green spaces, communal areas, and infrastructure are planned to support a high quality of life.
Its location gives it access to major transport routes, and it is positioned to become a new CBD (Central Business District) for Batam.
Mixed-use: 8 residential towers, 1 hotel, 1 hospital, 1 office tower, plus malls and shophouses.
Residential amenities including spa, jogging track, pool, BBQ areas, children’s playground, tennis court
Equipped with high-speed fiber optic networks enabling tripleplay (internet, telephone, TV) connectivity and coverage at 5G internet speeds within the complex.
